One Salon is once again proud to sponsor the 5th Annual Ride For Hope! One Salon hair designer, Lisa Bashor, and her husband started The Ride to honor the memory of their child Edward III, and to promote awareness of premature and stillborn births. Thousands of lives are affected each year as 1 in 200 pregnancies result in a premature or still born birth.
This years ride is on Saturday, June 28 and features stops at Red Dog Saloon, The Shark Club, Hamburg Pub, and the South Lyon Hotel. There will be dice rolls at each stop where you can win cash prizes and gift cards. This year they will also raffle off a Detroit Red Wings jersey autographed by the entire team.
The Ride kicks off at 11am at Brighton Harley Davidson and there is a $20 per bike donation required. All proceeds benefit the U of M Hospital Research Center. For more information email: rideforhopemi@gmail.com.
