Summer is upon us and the “in” look right now is floral print. Everything you’ll come across this season is very colorful coming in a variety of shades and tints. Dresses, blouses, slacks, shorts, it does not matter. If it is floral print…it’s happening! Dresses are essential to my wardrobe this summer. All lengths and prints. For me a casual sundress is just easy and functional. They are light, airy, keep you cool and are simple to dress up and accessorize. They will definitely save you time in the morning when you are rushing out the door to work.
My footwear of choice this summer is definitely Wedges! They are super comfy and you can easily dress them up or down depending on the occasion. Of course, accessories are a must with any outfit. This season you will want to wear dainty, light jewelry. Lot of golds and vibrant colors are your best bet. And don’t forget about your nails! Some fun summer colors are OPI “Tasmanian Devil Made Me Do It”, Essie “Van D’Go”, and Essie “El Caliente”.
A couple of my favorite spots to shop are Pitaya in Royal Ork and Kiss and Tell in West Bloomfield. I always find the most unique pieces of clothing and accessories. They are always up to date with their trends for the seasons. For shoes, don’t forget about DSW. They have an awesome and wide selection of shoes at reasonable prices.
