Use of the website. The website may be used only for lawful purposes related to learning about services, booking appointments, and communicating with the salon. Online booking and third-party platforms. Appointment scheduling and client management are handled through third-party software, including AuraSalonWare. When you book services online, you may be directed to a third-party platform that operates under its own terms and privacy policies. One Salon & Spa is not responsible for outages, errors, or technical issues originating from third-party systems.

Appointments and scheduling. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or changes. Clients who fail to arrive for scheduled appointments without notice more than two times may be required to provide a nonrefundable deposit before booking future appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling based on availability.

Deposits. Deposits are required for certain services, including extension services, wedding services, and texturizing services. Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated and may be nonrefundable.

Payments. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. A $35 bank fee will be applied to checks returned for insufficient funds. A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit and debit card payments to cover processing costs.

Gratuity. Gratuity is not included in service pricing. Guests may provide gratuity at their discretion for outstanding service. Gratuity cannot be processed via credit card.

Service results and satisfaction guarantee. Salon and spa services are personal in nature and results may vary. Refunds are not issued for salon services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, salon management must be notified within 7 days of the service, and you may be required to return to the salon for evaluation. When appropriate, a complimentary redo appointment may be offered with the original service provider within 10 days of the initial service. Requests to see a different service provider for redo services will be charged.

Retail products, returns, and exchanges. Retail products are nonrefundable. Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Products may not be returned after this period. All skincare products are final sale.

Blog and informational content. The website may include blog posts, articles, and other informational content related to beauty, wellness, hair care, skin care, and salon services.
